We understand that every customer will have their own ideas, therefore, we’ll work alongside you to determine the type of meal you’d like us to serve in keeping with how much you’d like to spend.

When talking to your assigned chef, be sure to provide details such as the date of your event, the number of guests, and any dietary preferences or restrictions, so we can get planning underway.

While the star of the show is no doubt succulent roasted pork, we aim to provide a variety of options to suit every taste. Instead of pork, you could instead opt for other meat alternatives such as chicken, beef, duck, lamb, and fish – all cooked in the exact same process.

If you or your guests have any special dietary needs, please let us know in good time as we’ll be happy to create a menu plan tailored to your party. We have additional menus which feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes which are all available on request. Any allergies? No problem! As all of our dishes are created fresh on-site, you never have to worry about included ingredients as we can adapt accordingly to suit the individual.
